Description
“Lucy is a modular sofa system based on individual seats – something that greatly facilitates the furnishing of a lobby, for example. The idea was a soft and inviting piece of furniture, so much of the work involved ensuring comfort and shape permanence”, says Lucy Kurrein.

Currently not available for the United States market. Metal frame. Seat in cold foam with sea-bird down. Fully upholstered in fabric or leather. Frame in matte black texture lacquer, RAL 9005. Standard leather Elmo Nordic. Clothes stand: Matte grey texture lacquer, RAL 9005. Height 1270 mm above the floor Table: Lacquered Valchromat® in anthracite grey, Ø300 mm. Height 565 mm above the floor. Connection table: Designed for linking together different combinations. Lacquered Valchromat® anthracite grey, 450 x 870 mm Height 240 mm above the floor. Lucy Kurrein began her career on an Art Foundation Diploma at the Leeds College of Art and Design. She went on to study furniture design at Buckinghamshire University where she graduated in 2007. After some years at Matthew Hiltons’ and PearsonLloyds’ respectively, all British Royal Designers for Industry, she set up her own design studio…
